Having gained full town planning approval, work is planned to start on the project above in the new year. The scheme comprises of two houses and associated garaging. The houses comprise kitchen/dining areas, sitting room, four and five bedroom and family and en-suite bathrooms set on three floors. The cad drawing was produced in house using the practices’ comprehensive 3D computer aided design software. |

The renovation of a grade II listed building is a current project comprising of internal alterations such as the replacement of the existing stair with a stair matching the age of the property in design and achieving a better rise and going and headroom. |
