Terms and Conditions / Park Rules

• On the day of arrival, your caravan will be available from 4pm.  You are welcome to arrive earlier and use the site facilities until your caravan becomes available.
• On the day of departure, we would ask that you be prepared to vacate the caravan by 11am, so that we can check the van, refund your damage deposit and collect your keys. Failure to be ready to leave by 11am will result in a portion of the damage deposit being retained, as this causes problems with preparing the caravan for the next occupants.
• We regret that no pets are permitted in the caravans.  Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the holiday being terminated, with no refund given, and the damage deposit being withheld.
• Ball games are to be played on the designated areas and not between caravans.
• All motor vehicles should not exceed the 10mph speed limit and should observe any one way system.
• No motorcycles are allowed on the Park without the express written permission of the Park Manager.
• The caravans cannot be let to persons under the age of 21 or to groups of the same sex (i.e. of more than 2 people) of any age. We reserve the right to retain the keys for accommodation if this condition is contravened.
• In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to any other user Haven reserves the right to remove any offenders from the Park without redress.  If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund.
• All persons using the entertainment complex must honour the Club Rules.  Membership is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time by the Park Management.
• Litter must be disposed of in black plastic bags available from reception (or bring your own).
• Noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum by all occupants, especially late at night.
• Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found.  We will retain your damage deposit, should this happen.   We / Haven reserve the right to enter accommodation under any circumstances or in an emergency.
• Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the Park.  If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund.

We advise you to take out your own holiday insurance to cover cancellations, circumstances beyond our control, e.g. severe weather conditions, infectious diseases etc.
