4. Election of officers of the Society and members of Council

   The current officers of the Society and members of Council are:

   Chair:	Vasil Jeudakimau
   Vice-Chair:	Guy Picarda
   Co-Secretaries:	Jim Dingley
   	Ales Patrusau
   Treasurer:	Mrs Joan Dziejka
   Council members:	Siarhiej Dziejka
   	Mrs Helen Michaluk (ex officio)
   	James O'Connor
   	Paul Shaucou

   Mrs Joan Dziejka, after many years of service to the Society as Treasurer, and Siarhiej Dziejka, a longstanding member of Council, have both tendered their resignation.

   All other officers and members of Council have indicated their willingness to continue to serve.

   Council would like to propose to members:
   
   Vadzim Demidchik - Treasurer
   Andrey Vyshadok - member of Council
   Both have indicated their willingness to stand for election.

   Any further proposals should be sent to the Secretary
