We are a family team who own these villas privately and use them for our own holidays
PRICES
In addition there is a cleaning on departure charge of £25 for Marlou and ,£20 on Verde.
Prices are per week based on a maximum of 4 occupants in Marlou (Plus one baby in cot).(Extra occupants at extra cost).Maximum of 2 adults and one child in Verde .Additionally a key/security deposit of £100 is payable , this will be returned in full when the keys are returned and the property has been checked to ensure that there is no damage and no excess cleaning required.
Deposit (non refundable)to reserve is £100, balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure , security deposit payable with balance.
