The small town of Dharamsala in the foothills of the Himalayas has changed immeasurably since the Dalai Lama arrived and announced it the seat of the Tibetan Government in exile. Tibetan refugees and often tourists outnumber the Indian natives. Here a small Indian boy leads a blind 'sadhu' (holy man) through the crowded streets that his master would probably no longer recognize. |
