Our Focus

We want to help evangelical Christian organisations (including churches).  Our experience is that they are often run by enthusiastic visionaries, called by God to some ministry or project but lacking the gifting to administer it.  So God's call on their lives gets dissipated, with their time & energy taken up doing tasks which they aren't good at.  Would-be supporters are then alienated by their inefficiency.  We want to help to bring order out of chaos, and so release the pioneers to concentrate on what is their gifting, in the same way that deacons were appointed to free the elders in Acts 6: 2-7.
