Edenside House is superbly situated in the country on the shore of the Eden Estuary, SSSI and local nature reserve. The estuary at this point is a bird sanctuary which supports on of the highest densities of bird life in Britain.
The house is set back from the A91 road to St Andrews which is 2 1/2 miles away ( 5 minutes by car ). The golf courses and golf practice centre lie between the house and the town.
There is a frequent bus service which will stop at the end of the drive and taxis are readily available.
Leuchars, the British Rail station for St Andrews is within 2 miles and the rail journey to Edinburgh takes an hour. Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are approximately one and one and a half hours journey respectively by car.
