NOW!

To get us started I decided to ask Alex a few questions about her experiences as a dyslexic.

How old are you? 7 and 1/2 (8 in March)

When did you find out that you were dyslexic? When I went to Bath in September.

How do you feel about having dyslexia? Good about it because I can do good pictures and paintings.

Do you like school? No.

What do you like best about school? The best bit is Art and design and technology.

What do you hate most? Maths and homework because they give me too much. The teachers arn't nice because the children are a pain and make the teacher shout.

What are you really good at doing? Playing on Kid Pix on the computer and other cd roms, painting, drawing, cooking, designing and inventing.

Do your friends know that you have dyslexia? No.

What is dyslexia? I think it is about when you are not that good at doing things like reading stuff but you are good at writing and reading sentances.

Thank you Alex!
