This photo was taken on 12th April 2000 before the Intermediate Section Cup Final against Robin Hood FC.

Jonathon Evans (Goal Keeper) He of Seven Thumbs. As predictable as the weather? Improving with every season.

Ray Arme (Left Back) Marlboro Man. Rugged good looks? No. But he smokes a 20 pack every game. Solid left back who gives 120 % and the odd lung.

Philip Hall (Defender) The Darren Anderton of Kinoulton. Put him in a padded cell and he'd still come out with an horrific injury. Also known to write witty match reports (or should that be shitty?)

Nigel Burnham (Defender)  Reliable right back who rarely puts a foot wrong. Known to go AWOL mid season. Probably undercover.

Philip Sallis (Defender) Talented young defender who's wastes his time playing Rugby. Good on corners (except when he's driving).

Andy Smith (Defender) Rock solid central defender who uses his head. i.e. the ball sometimes hits it on set pieces and he flukes the odd goal. Somehow bribed his way to Players Player last season.

Robert Evans (Defender/ GK) Joint founder of the club and the man who keeps the club going. Makes Stuart Pearce look calm and collected.

Douglas Jameson (Defender) Experienced utility man signed on a bosman free from Petfoods in the summer, prefers up front but is quite happy to do a job anywhere.

John Carolan (Defender/Midfield) Young boys shake when they hear him coming (Phnarr Phnarr). 5 is our Billy Bremner i.e. a dirty wee Scot who played his best football in the 70's.

Nick Adlam (Midfield/Utility) Has a profound affect on the team i.e. he single handedly doubles the average age of the squad. Hope I'm as good when I hit my sixties.

Gary Berney (Midfield) Player/Manager - our very own Roy Keane, the engine of the team. Tried to run his engine on alcohol last season and misfired too many times. As a manger his selections are inspired especially when only eleven turn up.

Louis Simons (Midfield) Talented young player whose dangly runs cause problems for any defense. Needs to find his voice but not for singing in the showers.

Tom Hartley (Midfield) The veteran! Free kick, corner and bench warming specialist. Most consistent player in the squad i.e. almost always gets Mug of the week.

John Boyle (Midfield /Forward) Part-timer.

Paul Skinner (Forward) Lives up to his name, possibly the fastest man in the team? Had a great season last year but looks like he's signing for Southampton this season.

Mark Skinner (Winger) Another fine example of the clubs youth system, only 16 he is exciting and skilful and can play on either wing.

Danny McIntyre (Midfield/Forward) Another Free transfer, this 34 year old brings experience and skill to the squad and can play in midfield or attack.

Nick Richards (Midfield/Forward) Another Nick from Cotgrave, but by no means as old or as slow. Looks a good prospect and can play in midfield or attack.

James Parkes  (Substitute) From what he says in the pub he can play in every position. Unfortunately Gary hasn't picked him yet!

James Bogue (Utility) A founder member of the Club, In the twilight of his career he has returned to his roots. A 100% man will play any position asked.

Paul Sallis  (Midfield) What a prospect!! Only 16 he is a very tough tackling skilful midfielder.

Darren Campbell (Forward) Top scorer in the league, a natural forward who came into his own last season. Imagine how good he could be if he passed the ball or listened to his team-mates.

Marcos Sala (Forward) From scorer to provider, last season with some unselfish performances. Some say he bottled in front of goal and passed so he wouldn't get stick for missing? Scandalous.
