Directions

Via the Mersey Tunnel

• Via the Mersey Tunnel from Liverpool.
• Take the right hand lane on leaving the tunnel, signposted A522 Birkenhead on to Borough Road.
• Proceed to the traffic lights at the first junction, turn right up Whetstone Lane.
• Carry on through three sets of traffic lights, turning left at the third set into Conway Street.
• Proceed through 5 sets of traffic lights (two at junctions & three pedestrian).
• Immediately after the 5th set (which is a pedestrian crossing) turn left.
• This road is Park Road North. Signed A5027 Upton.
• The Club is 200 yards on the left signed Birkenhead Park Rugby Club.

Via the M53 Motor way

• Leave the M53 at Junction 4, Clatterbridge.
• Take the exit to Birkenhead, Prenton B5151 Mount road.
• Follow this road straight across a double roundabout system after ~1 mile.
• Proceed through 3 sets of traffic lights. The road then is named Bidston Road.
• At the 4th set of traffic lights turn right into Upton Road.
• Proceed down hill through Claughton Village, through two sets of traffic lights.
• In about half a mile you will see Birkenhead Park Entrance gates on the right.
• Carry on for about 50 yards to the Club House signed Birkenhead Park Rugby Club,on the right.
