An advert for Kronenbourg (brewed in the U.K.). Text reads “ If Britain were French… this poster wouldn’t be censored” to which has been added, “If Britain were enlightened… this woman wouldn’t be exploited”.

As the world prepared itself for war, these posters appeared prior to the massive demonstrations which took place around the world on Feb 15th.

                                                                                                                       

 

 

 

 

 

 


Labour Isn’t Working

Bedminster, Bristol, Mar 2003

As Blair joined with the isolated right wing leaders of the world to launch the war on Iraq, this poster appeared. Originally an image that featured dole queues instead of bombs, it was credited as having an influence in bringing Thatcher to power in 1979.
