Suzanne & John both hold qualifications in hospitality management accredited by the University of Birmingham. John has taught Hospitality Management for many years. He is trained in the classic style as a chef & has worked at a number of prestigious events including the Grand National, Cheltenham Gold Cup & International Test Matches to name but a few. Suzanne was born into the hospitality industry to award winning parents Diana & Gordon Green. She has experience with the Millennium Copthorne & Marriott Rennaisance Hotel Groups in banqueting & rooms management & with Compass Group in event catering. She is currently studying tourism administration at post graduate level, so rest assured that you are in qualified hands!
