My Biography

This is a history of my life on and off the Web. It is, of course, ongoing. You may want to skip down to the end to see what I have been doing recently.

The Early Years

1970-1980

1970-1983

• I was born in a small village in the beautiful Cape Province in South Africa on 10 March 1970.
• We moved to Harmony, a small village near Welkom in the Free State in 1974 where I started school.
• We moved to Middelburg, a town in the then Transvaal in 1980.

1984-1988

• Started high school in 1984 in Witbank.
• Graduated from high school in 1988 (Completed A-Levels).
• Competed in IPSC pistol shooting (Major Class).

The Middle Years

1989-1994

1989-1991

• Moved out of my parents house.
• Started working at a mine in an apprenticeship (Instrumentation Mechanician).
• Started Technicon studies at Vaal Triangle Technicon.

1991-1994

• Completed my apprenticeship.
• Earned my Btech Diploma.
• Employed as as an Instrumentation Technician by a mine in South Africa
• Completed my NHD diploma in 1994.

The Recent Years

1995-NOW

1995-1998

• 1995 - Employed as an Instrumentation Manager by a mine in South Africa.
• 1997 - Purchased my 1991 Mx5.
• 1998 - Met my future wife, René.
• 3 October 1998 - Married her.

1999 - Now

• 1999 - Started my first MLM business.
• 2001 - Moved to England.
• Currently working at a Catholic High School as a Science Technician.
