Booking Terms and Conditions Feddinch House is a 'NO SMOKING' guest house We regret that we cannot provide accommodation for pets at Feddinch House Swimming Pool access ~ for safety reasons children must be over 10 years and accompanied by an adult. Once You have decided to stay at Feddinch House, we will require a Deposit of the cost of the first nights stay to secure Your Guest Booking. This can be done with Credit Card or by Cheque, credit cards will not be charged at this point but only used as the security for the booking. The Deposit becomes non-refundable ONLY if the Booking is cancelled without the Guest (You or the Person who made the Booking) having given Us (Feddinch House) 14 days notice of the cancellation in advance of Your arrival date Refunds of Deposits on Bookings made 13 to 5 days in advance of arrival will be at the sole discretion of Feddinch House Refunds of Deposits on Bookings made 4 to 1 day in advance of arrival will loose the full Deposit on cancellation "No Shows" ~ Guests not arriving to take up booked accommodation made for or on their behalf ~ No Shows without informing Feddinch House will be liable for the full cost of the booked accommodation unless that accommodation can be re-let. Note : A small handling charge of GBP £5.00 will be deducted as part of ANY Refunds given Excepting full refunds (less handling charge), any refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Feddinch House Feddinch House will confirm by "email" or if requested to do so by "fax" the availability of the Guest, or Guests, choice of Rooms Booking Dates the 'cost per night' the 'Total cost' of the Guests stay
