The Friends of Cranleigh Village |
Dedicated to keeping our Village a vibrant and good place to live |
Our Aims: "Friends of Cranleigh Village" is a non-political local residents association, formed to help enhance and protect our village environment. As a group: we can be more informed, views more considered, our voice is louder and opinions will carry more weight. Our main aims are to:
Although we will fight against proposed developments considered inappropriate, we are not a 'preservation society' - Cranleigh is an old village, but it is not a museum nor an antique and must not be unchanging and left to fall into decline. We therefore actively encourage and support developments that are in keeping with the above aims. |
