About the Villa

The Villa is fully equipped, spacious, and attractively furnished and decorated throughout.
Our lovely villa has a large open plan Living area with a high Vaulted Ceiling suspended from which is a cooling ceiling fan which compliments the air conditioning system.
At the rear of the lounge, patio doors open onto the large pool and deck area. Two beautiful curving archways lead from the Lounge to The Master Bedroom Suite, and also to the Family Bathroom and Third and Fourth Bedrooms, the Second Bedroom is also accessed from the lounge area.

The Lounge leads into the Dining room, and the foyer from which lead off the Kitchen, and the laundry room, which in turn provides access to the large two car Garage.

Off the Master Bedroom there is a Palatial Bathroom en-suite with a large 2 person Bath, a substantial walk in Shower, twin Vanity Basins, Toilet , and an oversized walk in closet, with masses of hanging and shelving space.

The 3 further Bedrooms have 1 x Twin Beds and 2 x Double bed, and all have built in wardrobes. The Family Bathroom has a Bath with Shower over plus a Toilet and a vanity basin. All Bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space.
