Booking and Payment-

The person who makes the booking is responsible to the owner for all payments in respect of this booking. Reservations will be made definite on payment of a deposit of £100 per week booked, this amount should be sent within 5 days of the initial booking request. The balance is due on or before Eight weeks from your departure date. If your initial booking fee is not received as above we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Full prepayment is required if the booking is made within eight weeks of departure.

Amendments to Booking-

If after you have booked the property you need to make any amendments we will try to accommodate your request. Alterations requested within eight weeks of departure may have to be treated as a cancellation and you may be liable to the charges set out below.

Cancellation-

This must be in writing by the party leader as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:

More than 56 Days deposit Only 56-42 Days 40%

41-29 Days 50% 28-15 Days 70%

14-1 Days 90% Departure Date 100%

Liability-

We cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by you or any other member of your party or visitor to the property, nor can we be responsible for any loss or damage to your property brought into the property or pool / patio area.

Strikes – Adverse Weather conditions - War – Civil and military disorder – Riots – Natural Calamities, all these constitute “force majeure” and are not the responsibility of Ian and Sharon Wellings Any additional expenditure born by the client and caused by such conditions will not be reimbursed, nor will any services lost thereby be recoverable.

Insurance-

When signing the booking form please ensure that you are adequately covered by insurance. It is a condition of booking that you and your party are insured as appropriate, to cover cancellation, illness, etc., bearing in mind the vast expense which would be incurred if you or any member of your party were to fall ill whilst in America.

Registration of Guests-

This property cannot be sub-let or shared. Only those named on the booking form are entitled to stay in the property. Any breach will result in immediate curtailment of the rental and no refunds will be made.

Visas and Passports-

You are responsible for ensuring that all guests hold valid visas or passports
