Patio doors lead out from the Lounge , Master Bedroom and 2nd and 3rd Bedroom foyer to the Pool area, which is large and well equipped with loungers , chairs and a patio table.

For those of you who wish to enjoy the outdoors without being in the full sunshine, The Patio also has an area which is under cover.

The Pool is larger than average (30' x 15') with crystal clear waters and a
Spa with Waterfall Feature, it also has an underwater light    which looks beautiful lit for an evening barbeque. 

During the winter months if you require the pool can be heated (for a small additional charge), the pool heating is achieved by a gas boiler (connected to mains Gas) which has proven to be  highly effective.

 

 

 

 

 

The whole of the pool area is screened with a fine mesh bug cage for your comfort, this serves to keep away any insects, but also allows the sun through during the day. 

The rear garden has been fully fenced so that you can relax by the Pool in privacy.
