SALE OF WORK 5 MAY 2004 |
As the completion of the hall begins to become a reality fundraising continues unabated.
This months challenge for the fundraising team was the annual sale
of work and of course without a hall to house the usual stalls they had to be
creative. With favourable weather conditions all was set for a great day
out for the family and it didn't disappoint.l |
With many fantastic offers ready to be grabbed by the eager crowd, bidding at the
auction was fast and furious. As usual Kenny handled the job with great
ease and Joan, despite the brisk wind, managed to keep a tally of the sums |
THE MAGNIFICENT SUM OF £4200 WAS RAISED, AND A GREAT DEBT OF GRATITUDE IS OWED TO
