Kinrose House is situated in a rural part of West Sussex, close to borders with both Surrey and Hampshire. Final access to the property is along an unmade track. The surrounding area (many hectares) is deciduous woodland and common, much of which is National Trust owned.
The property is only 10 minutes from Liphook and the mainline railway to London Waterloo. It is approximately 15 minutes from the old market towns of Petersfield and Midhurst. The nearest village is Milland, which has an excellent pub, and garage. The village also supports a well used and newly restored village hall.
